The Zen BookThe Zen Book is a wonderful experience. Read it cover-to-cover, put it away, then every now and Zen (please forgive the sad pun) go back to it, pick a page at random, and read that passage again for the first time.If you're tired of living in the past, or worrying about the future, this might be the book you're looking for. Zen encourages us to focus on the present, and The Zen Book is filled with examples that help guide the reader to this end. But wait, there's more; a whole lot more, as it turns out, but I'll leave all that for you to discover for yourself.I'm glad I purchased The Zen Book.
